Booking Policy

 

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows impact our business and the opportunity for other clients to book in.

Please confirm, reschedule, our cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. If you need to make changes within the 24-hour window, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to discuss your options.

Remember, missing your appointment means someone else misses the chance to have theirs too.

Please note: A deposit is required for all Keratin treatment and certain colour services, depending on the time needed for your booking.
